Welcome to Styling Pixels, an online portfolio where I showcase my design works in web and print. I am currently seeking a full time in-house web design position in a company which values quality and conceptual thinking.
I graduated from California State University Long Beach in 2005 with Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication.
My most recent job was as an in house Web Designer at Newegg Inc.,
(Dec 2006-May 2011) an online IT/CE e-commerce website. My job duties were conceptualized, designed and coded all Newegg internal promotions, sweepstakes, contests, and vendor sponsored product launches.
As for my job skills, I am an expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, CSS, understand the concept of JQuery, Javascripts, cross browser issues, and I am always willing to learn new skills as needed.

Summary
I have 5 years experience designing landing pages and banner ads at an e-commerce company. Prior this, I had various experience in graphic design ranging from marketing collateral materials to handbag illustrations just to name a few. I continuously educating myself learning hand coding HTML, CSS and getting myself more familiar with any front end web development scripting such as JQuery, Javascript and some PHP.
